Orange County Head Start, Inc. (OCHS) has developed a comprehensive and effective planning process that prioritizes the establishment of clear program goals and objectives to guide the agency’s efforts. By analyzing and reporting data from multiple sources, OCHS ensures its goals are responsive to community needs and aligned with its mission. These goals and objectives provide a strategic framework for decision-making by staff, parents, and the governing body, ensuring continuous improvement and meaningful outcomes.
