Exciting news! Starting February 15, 2024, Orange County Head Start (OCHS) is thrilled to introduce our Job Referral Incentive Program. We believe in the power of our team and the importance of bringing in exceptional talent to further our mission. As valued members of our community, we invite you to participate in this program and help us find outstanding candidates to join our team.
It’s simple! If you know someone who would be a great fit for a position at OCHS, refer them to us. For each successful referral that leads to a hire, both you, the referring person, and the newly hired employee will receive a $1,000 incentive. This incentive will be paid in two installments of $500 each, as per the terms and conditions outlined in the referral incentive program and agreement.
