Public Notice NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that ORANGE COUNTY HEAD START, INC., hereinafter referred to as OCHS, will receive up to, but not later than 9:00 A.M. P.S.T. on Wednesday, May 2, 2018 electronic and written proposal submissions for consideration of contract award to provide Independent Audit Services to Orange County Head Start, Inc. RFP Independent Audit ServicesPERIOD OF PERFORMANCE - Fiscal Year Ending June 30, 2019 with term option thru June 30, 2020 and 2021. A more detailed explanation of the minimum qualifications required of the Independent Auditor are to be addressed in the RFP Packet. Companies are invited to submit a proposal outlining your qualifications and willingness to provide the services described herein. Each proposal must conform and be responsive to the RFP, copies of which may be obtained upon registering a valid e-mail address with OCHS.
