REQUEST TO HOST A BOOTH

Orange County Head Start, Inc., and its collaborative partners will be hosting the 9th Annual Family Festival to be held on April 16, 2016 from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM at McFadden Park, 900 S. Melrose St., Placentia, CA 92870.   The purpose of this event is to bring awareness to the community and promote healthy cognitive, physical and emotional development in young children.  We anticipate at least 2,000 families joining us for this event.

The festival will be free to the public.

Orange County Head Start, Inc., in collaboration with our partners, strives to promote relationship-building activities that will create positive outcomes for children and families across the county. Our organization, like yours, knows that strong families and communities help build healthy successful children. With your support, we can join together and create a renewed focus on the importance of community to meet the needs of our children.

Please join us! Orange County Head Start, Inc., and its collaborative partners will provide your agency/organization with a 6-foot table and two chairs.

Resource tables must be set up by 11:00 AM (participants may arrive as early as 9:30 AM).

We ask that you not take your booths down until the event is officially over at 4:00 PM.

We are sorry, but electrical outlets will not be available at the event.

Participants are asked to:

  • Provide a family friendly carnival type activity at their booth and a small giveaway;

  • Bring enough handouts and promotional items for 2,000 - 3,000 participants

We are looking forward to working with you and providing Orange County families with an opportunity to find out about the wonderful resources available to them.
